订单流程Order Process

LoginBay 支持账号卡密自动交付和人工服务订单。不同类型的商品会有不同交付状态,但都应在平台内完成下单、沟通和售后。

LoginBay supports automatic account/key delivery and manual service orders. Product types have different delivery states, but ordering, communication, and support should stay inside the platform.

流程透明Transparent flow 每一步都尽量形成订单记录,减少后续争议。 Each step creates order records to reduce later disputes.

账号卡密订单Account/key orders

选择商品和规格Choose product and variant确认价格、库存、规格说明和商家售后规则。Confirm price, stock, variant details, and seller support rules.

提交订单并付款Place order and pay系统生成订单号,记录购买数量和金额。The system creates an order number and records quantity and amount.

查看交付内容View delivery自动交付商品可在订单详情中查看卡密或交付信息。Auto-delivered products show keys or delivery data in order details.

确认或申请售后Confirm or request support正常使用后确认;发现问题则及时提交售后。Confirm after successful use, or submit support if there is a problem.

人工服务订单Manual service orders

人工服务不会直接发送账号卡密,而是由商家根据买家提交的需求处理,例如粉丝增长、资料配置、账号维护等服务。

Manual services do not deliver account keys directly. Sellers process buyer requirements such as growth services, setup, or account maintenance.

  • 状态通常包括待处理、处理中、已提交、买家确认、失败退款等。States may include pending, processing, submitted, buyer confirmation, failed/refunded, and more.
  • 买家应在订单内补充必要资料,商家应更新进度日志。Buyers should add required details in the order, and sellers should update progress logs.
